lived in social circle ga.  worked at , military life, met Margaret Elizabeth Hughes august 1945 while hospitalized at Dibble General Army Hospital in Mento Park California. due to a head injury he received During WW2 in Nancy France.    "Betty", as she was lovingly called, worked as a surgical technician Married april 6, 1946

 

Had a son, Robert Julius February 16, 1947
